It's a beast

I bought this as a camp axe. Yeah a 4lb camp axe would be an overkill for regular sized campers but if you are a big guy then this is what you would consider normal. It looks like they took the head off a lumberjack's felling axe and placed it on a toothpick. The size however is just right for trimming fire wood, or taking out small trees for shelter building. I have had mine several seasons now and it really could use a new handle, but I have not been able to find this particular one. The handle I have is just weathered and that is the only problem with it. The head will be around for generations to come. My advice is to make a cover for it as well. I keep a solid not razor edge on it and it has never failed me. I would buy this all over again without question.
