I ordered this portable air conditioner window kit to go with my unit, and it made a big difference in both performance and ease of setup. It came with everything needed to seal the window properly and keep the hot air out — no more warm air creeping in around the edges. Installation was quick and easy. I didn’t need any special tools, just followed the instructions and had it done in under 10 minutes. The panels are adjustable, which worked great for my sliding window, and the plastic feels sturdy enough to last through the summer. It fits snugly and doesn’t rattle or move around, even on windy days. Plus, the seal helped my AC run more efficiently and cool the room faster.

Came as described. Works fine for my portable ac. Like stated by others does not include instructions. But that is fine, its a replacement for the one that came with the AC so should already know how to use it. Also, it's pretty common sense to assemble.

Excellent product. Comes with almost everything you need. The only problem I had was that I couldn't attach the hose(exhaust) to the unit, but i solve that issue with dutch tape (reason I gave 4 stars). Super easy to install. Comes with different sizing options. The hose is not the thickest but it is also not to thin. Seems like it is durable. Comes with a transparent adhesive strip for the small window gaps, makes it blend in. Looks good.

Fit and size excelente and quality easy to install

It works as intended but it isn't as universal a they say. The ends of the hose don't screw in easily and are kinda sketchy. I like the length adjustability of the window mount. I'd still recommend the item overall.

Well to be totally honest the whole kit sucks luckily all I need was the hose and took the old parts from my old hose kit and swapped them with the original parts I did need to use the extension stuff for my window because the original didn't have the full length to fit my window but since I already have the original up on the window already with a wooden slab my dad cut for me to extend it I thought I use that since it was already setup plus the hose that came with kit the one that connects to the window slide doesnt have a locking mechanism like my original part does so that why I just used the original and its really sad that it didnt come with instructions very upset about that but luckily it was only 17$ I still have warranty for the ac for parts till 2028 but I was really hoping to use the whole kit but I shouldnt have to use tape to air seal it tight its kinda dumb but oh I have a new hose since mine was disintegrating so but yeah but they would of gotten a 5 star if it came with instructions but oh well and also if it had the locking mechanism for the part that goes to the window like my original it maybe 3-4 star but nope so oh well did work well with old parts so thats a good thing but good luck to everyone else would I buy again not sure maybe just for the hose or maybe I'll try to use the parts I have for the future but sure so be aware and trust me I never leave reviews but this one truly bugged me especially cause of no instructions so good luck company cause it doesn't matter if it is super easy to setup should always send instructions!

I fits my old air condition, easy connect to window. Dont fall..love it. Older connect always falled not works. So happy, easy connect, works great!!

This item arrived quite fast, was packaged good and contained all the pieces. The materials are of a strong plastic that feels sturdy and reliable so should last quite long with sensible care. No instructions come with it, but luckily I thought to check out it's images on here, which were all I needed to figure it out. All-in-all, its well worth buying and is exactly as advertised, BUT.... you will still need a way to fasten the window panels to your window frame (I used an inexpensive metal L bracket I just happened to have on hand) and this entire set would be vastly better and utterly complete if it included a (removable) coupler/connector attached to the other end of the exhaust hose to connect to the portable A/C unit in case you needed one, so one could replace all such parts in ONE EASY ORDER!! (Hint, Hint To Sellers :)

Easy to install, (took only minutes, even with NO instructions). Exactly what I needed. Quality is the same as when the ac was new.
