The figs were sun dried. I really liked this. Was looking forward to enjoying the figs for a clean nutritional snack. They are so hard and tough I cannot eat them. I never give reviews but I paid 7.00 plus taxโs on a 5.3 oz bag of figs that I cannot eat..believe me I have tried.

Would have been 5 stars if it weren't for one problem. In the past, I've kept figs in the refrigerator in order to avoid deterioration, with no ill effects. These figs hardened in the refrigerator. It didn't take them long to soften, so they're still 4 stars. Good taste, good texture, easy to digest.
