Basic Paring Knives
I bought these to replace another set of paring knives that I had been using for about 10 years. These Henkels knives are comfortable in the hand and have a good grip to them. They are sharp out of the package and easy to handle, and I expect I will get many years of use out of them. It is important to note that they are not dishwasher safe.Overall, this is a good set of paring knives.

Great little set of knives that I use practically every day!
I'm a bit of a pairing knife collector. They're like spoons to me, can never have too many while cooking. I've noticed these tend to get dirty the quickest as they're the first ones I reach for. They're lightweight (easy to hold) and very sharp. Love the variety too, each one is optimal for different cutting scenarios!
