I’ve been using these knives for a couple years, they’re still sharp and I use them all the time! Very well made

We started using Hinkle knives many years back. We’ve used other pairing knives but, none compare to Hinkle’s. My mom hates to use any other brands. They are fairly light weight, have a great comfortable handle, are easy to find in the drawer (because of the colorful handles), and stay sharp much longer than any other pairing knives we’ve had. Very well made and last years and an amazing price for the quality! Can’t recommend enough!!
