The product itself was good but unfortunately I bought it in June and the expiry date was October of same year. I don’t know why I didn’t notice it before but I’m a bit disappointed by this.

Advertised as 500mg but each capsule contains 250mg
I've not tried these yet but im so disappointed they are advertised as 500mg 120 capsules but on arrival they are actually 250mg im glad I didn't subscribe won't be buying again
