Had to stop taking something in my system doesn’t accept.

I think the formulation was too strong for my body. I felt light-headed And would end up with a slight headache by the end of the day. I felt unwell until I stopped taking it. I tried again after a period of non-use and the same thing happened, so I know that this product is not for me. I had to move on.

Was disappointed that tocopheral is a SYNTHETIC vitamin E. Not healthy to take . Didn’t realize there was some in this complex. Intend to return this item . Best to take only tocotrienol, a natural vitamin E.
