Thanks to a very quick reply from the seller confirming that this fob is indeed made from 100% titanium, I went ahead with the purchase. It arrived quickly and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Here’s what I love about this fob: 1) It is uber tiny - it holds exactly seven 0.4mg round nitro pills. 2) It’s made from 100% titanium, which means it’s super light-weight, strong and won’t corrode from skin sweat, oils, etc. 3) It has a rubber o-ring, which not only seals out moisture but keeps the cap secure. 4) It’s titanium, so it’s durable enough to last a lifetime. You can spend way less for cheaper fobs, but you’ll be replacing them over the years. 5) It looks cool! 6) The box it comes in contains a message from the owner that will touch your heart. I’m glad to support a company like this. Here’s what I don’t like about this fob: absolutely nothing. When filling the fob, I found it useful to have a small flashlight handy to look down into the barrel in order to ensure that the tiny pills were stacking horizontally. If I found one standing on end, a quick tap is all it took to seat it properly. Using this method I was able to fit seven pills inside, and once the cap was screwed on there was little to no movement of the pills, which means they should last pretty long without turning into powder. Eleven Month Update: I am still just as happy with this product nearly a year later. I have this fob hanging off of a belt loop every day and needless to say it gets banged up quite a bit. Despite this, there is not a scratch on it, and whenever I've replaced the nitro pills (approximately every 3-4 months, to make sure they're always fresh), not a single pill has disintegrated. This has been a fantastic purchase and the peace of mind knowing that my nitro pills will be in good shape should I ever have the need to use them is priceless. FIVE YEAR UPDATE (2023): Every single day, for the last five years, this fob has been hanging from my belt loop, carrying seven nitro pills. I make sure to put fresh pills in every four months. To this date, there is not a scratch on the thing and it has never leaked. After five years of battering, the thing still looks as new as the day I purchased it. I cannot recommend any other product that I have ever purchased as much as I can for this. It's truly worth every penny that I spent!

I use it for my nitro and it works perfectly. This is my 3rd pill holder and I wish I went with this first. An explanation of why the other ones were good will highlight why Cielo works better. Gus Pill Holder: Nothing wrong with this, but in reality just too big and heavy. On the plus side, it holds the entire nitro bottle safely. Also, keeping nitro in your pocket is probably not a good idea as the heat will destroy the pills. Apex Nitro Now: 1st, it has a lot of nickle on the outside and ended up wish a rash, so be aware. I wrapped mine in tape and string, but parts are still exposed. 2nd, it has a design flaw. The pill holder is slightly too big. What ends up happening is that over time 2 pills will get lodged together and stuck in the chamber. When you need the pills it would become really difficult to get out. Cielo: So far it has help up well. It's titanium so it super light, strong and most important it's not laced with nickle. The chamber is just the right size and doesn't suffer so far from lodged pills. The only down is aesthetics. If you wear it as a necklace, like I do, you need to keep the key chain ring on. Without it there isn't enough leverage or grip to open the bottle when you really need it. It came with a small key ring, so it's not all that bad, and honestly I don't really care. Form before fashion.

I love these. Been using for well over a year now. This is for super tiny pills, not for large pills. Super lightweight. It's worth the extra money for easy carry. I keep a few tiny pills in there on my keychain in case I'm out and about and don't get home in time to take my twice daily pill. This keeps me on schedule anywhere I am and I cannot forget it because it's on my keyring and I can't go anywhere without it. The build quality is amazing. Very expensive for what it is but then again, for keeping things down to a minimalist size and weight, I'd gladly pay the $$ for that feature. I suspect, this will last me for the rest of my life. My only regret is not buying (2), one for each keyring.

Will only hold one pill. We tried two but now the second one, on the bottom, is stuck. Nice design but too small for the nitro pills. :(

I recently purchased 2 Nitroglycerin size holders when my husband was diagnosed with Coronary Artery disease. Each holder safely protects up to 7 nitro pills. It keeps them fresh & water tight until time to replace them with new nitro pills. I bought one of each, a titanium for his keychain & a stainless steel nitro size to hang on my bag caribiner. Chelo pill holders are the highest quality & best looking holders out there. These holders are so very discreet when traveling, going to restaurants or having to prevent digging around for old fashioned pill holders in public. I think they are a necessity. You get what you pay for, quality.

First, I don't write reviews. Never. So it comes somewhat as a surprise to me that I am, but after going through dozens - if not hundreds - of product descriptions to finally find the "Extra-Small Nitro Keychain Pill Holder, Made in USA, Titanium" and buying one, I just wanted to help others short-circuit the selection process. The extra-small part is what almost all of the other pill carriers don't understand. With the single exception of this 0.2 inch diameter carrier, every one of the other allegedly extra-small carriers are 0.4 inches or greater in diameter, at least twice the width of this one, which has a very nice rubber ring to make it effectively waterproof. That is essential for having a pill or two handy when you really, really need one. This carrier is only good for very tiny pills (mine are nitroglycerine) but you don't need emergency Tylenol or vitamin pills anyway. This is an extremely durable carrier that one of my grandchildren will be able to use in 40 or 50 years, if needed. Again, I can't believe that I actually wrote a review!

Overall this is a very nice pill container for baby aspirin that I keep on my keychain. Feels very premium. However, there is oil residue and bits of metal in the bottom that you will need to clean out with a q-tip and alcohol before use. That part of quantity control is not great. However, once cleaned out is perfect for my needs.
