I just bought new upper control arms and need the bushings for the axle part , is that two bushings ?

It comes with two bushings on for each side of the axle. A drivers side and a passengers side bushing. If that's what your asking.

Do these come with the metal sleeves as well?

No. If your looking for Moog front upper control arm bushings you need Moog part # K200113 and if you need Moog lower control arm bushings you need Moog part # K200182 for frame side mount of lower control arm and Moog part # K200181 for axle side mount of lower control arm. And then there's also Moog part # K200183 for the bushing at the front lower arm at strut fork. All this info was right off of rockauto.com suspension control arm bushings for a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
