I ordered this phone three days ago and it came well handled and well packaged, however, the microphone doesn’t work. I initiated a return and ordered a blue one from another seller. Surprisingly, it had SAME EXACT issue. I wanted to get it as a home emergency phone but what is the point if I cannot hear the person talking and vice versa.

I was worried the phone wouldn’t be unlocked due to all the negative reviews but the phone indeed was unlocked just had to go on my metro account and click use number under new device and that was it switch the SIM card over and the phone works lovely.It is not slow, calls are great, phone does not freeze, battery life has been great. Definitely worth the price.

I'm not one of those people that have my phone on me 24/7, and I rarely make phone calls. Most calls that I get are from team members, while at work. Hence, my delay in the review, and my delay in figuring out ALL of the functions of the phone do not work.I have 3 issues with the phone that I received:1. The bottom microphone is barely audible. Therefore, when someone calls me, I hear them. They cannot hear me. Any recording using the bottom microphone is barely audible, compared to the top microphone. I ran all of the Samsung diagnostics on the phone. The bottom microphone is not working properly, as confirmed by the diagnostic program.2. The side button does not work at all. I suspected as much since the day that I got the phone. The Samsung diagnostics confirmed my suspicions.3. The vibrate function does not work. The Samsung diagnostics confirmed this is well.I guess I will have to try to find another one somewhere else.

Mal servicio compre este celular y lo pague en efectivo y no funcionó el sonido, tengo dos días tratando de que me hagan el reembolso y es una ruleta su plataforma y no me dan solución creo que ya se perdió mi dinero y su celular no tiene sonido y asi para que lo quiero, que pena, no vuelvo a comprar en amazon.
