However when combined with other Amino's it is helpful in increasing HGH, Human Growth Hormone and helpful in reducing Heart attacks and Strokes. Combine, Three 500 mg BCAA Branch Chain Amino's with Three 500MG of L-Lysine and two 500 mg of L -Proline, with one1000 mg of Vitamin C this combination of Amino Acids with the C. will not only improve your work-outs, and your Heart function, your risk of stroke will will greatly diminish. The Lysine alone greatly decreases your chance of getting Shingles, A good 100mg Multi B also is effective for shingles and good for decreasing stress.............I am a certified Fitness instructor and recommend this combination for longevity and a healthy Old age, I am 77 and still teaching. This is a regiment I have followed for years, and I never had a flu, or a flu shot. Take no medicine and rely heavily on good vitamin therapy.
