First, I am 6-02 and about 215. Even though I did not really "need" a jacket, there was a promotion, so I bought a size XL in silver. First of all, this is a very impressive jacket, easily comparing with $200 jackets I have bought from "big names." The Cordura is thick and substantial. It has a very good heft to it, weighing over 4 pounds with the liner. It is well-stitched and fits generously like an XL should, so if you have a middle aged middle, it will accommodate you nicely. It has several zip-open vents to help on hotter days, as long as you remove the quilted liner for full air flow. There are two chest vents, two upper arm vents and a horizontal vent across the upper back. The vents have a mesh screen keeping high speed insects out. The Velcro collar and cuff straps have rubber pull tabs on them, which is a feature of higher-priced jackets. The arms have one tab and one strap each side to take up up slack in the arms, and prevent wind flapping. The armor is the standard CE-1 level, and stays in place. CE-2 is an easy upgrade, if you wish. The waist is adjustable and allows for you to later in cold weather or snug it up a bit on warm weather. I normally wear a 35" sleeve and this jacket extends well out to my wrists. The reflective details are nice to have for those who ride at night. The hem of the jacket is lengthened in back, so that there is no gap between jacket and pants if your riding position leans slightly forward. The zipper are high quality and zip smoothly. It has a quilted full-sleeve zip-out liner which I have found to be pretty warm, but it's May, so I cannot give a winter report. With the insulated liner zipped out, it has a mesh liner sewn inside, so that it will breathe freely in summer with the vents opened. I cannot find a fault with this jacket. Highly recommended.

I read the reviews and gave this jacket a try and was pleasantly surprised. I am 6’4” and 220 lbs and the only close size was a 4x ( the size chart recommended a 3x for my 48” chest size) but the 4X perfectly. The quality is very good for the price point and looks perfect for the upcoming fall rides in cooler weather. I have an old leather coat but this one is much safer with armour plates etc I will update if needed however highly recommend for style, fit and quality - price … can’t go wrong

Sin duda una excelente compra, hay que tener varios puntos a considerar he leído algunos comentarios donde dicen que es una chamarra muy caliente y si es verdad es un material parecido a la lona y en realidad te hará sudar, mientras vayas a velocidad no sentirás el calor pero al detenerte en algún semáforo incluso si te paras a platicar sentirás calor, en la zona donde vivo hace demasiado calor pero honestamente para mí no es molesto un poco de sudor, hay que tener en consideración ese tema, todo lo contrario si hace frío en tu zona será una excelente compañía ya que es muy calientita y no pasarás nada de frío, yo pedí una talla más grande debido algunos comentarios que leí antes de la compra sin embargo creo que talla G hubiera sido la ideal, pedí la talla EG. Pero también creo que eso ayudo a qué no me sienta tan rígido al manejar así que no tengo problema con ello, aunque retires el forro térmico de la chamarra seguirás sudando y sintiendo calor, no es una chamarra de verano, no he podido probar si es 100% impermeable pero honestamente creo que sí, los materiales son muy buenos los reflectantes muy bien, grandes y visibles trae unas pequeñas ventilas pero no es mucho el aire que entra quizá por mi error al escoger una talla más grande (hay demasiada tela) los cierres funcionan de maravilla, trae dos bolsas delanteras con cierre y dos dentro de la chamarra, sin el forro térmico solo es una bolsa por dentro. Trae Velcro en los brazos, cintura y cuello para un ajuste más agradable. Protectores en hombros codos y espalda me hubiese gustado un poco más de calidad en las protecciones pero afirmó que aún no las he probado en alguna caída gracias a Dios, pero a título personal hubiera preferido algo de más grosor. Términos generales 5 de 5 muy contento con mi compra.

This is a very nice jacket for the money, well made and sturdy all around. It has a zipper at the small of the back to attach to your riding pants. Compared to my NexGen SH2153, not quite the same quality, but I paid twice as much for the NexGen. I am glad to have purchased this riding jacket and I would highly recommend it for the quality and high value for the price. I bought the silver one for a cooler summer ride. I am almost 6'1" and weigh 185 lbs, with a 37" waist. I wear a 44 in a sport jacket. I went a size lower than the chart due to other reviews. I purched a Large and it will be just right for regular clothes and heating liner under neath it for the winter. Arms are nice and long for the handle bar strech.
