Okay, full disclosure: I didn’t think fake lashes were my thing. But this kit is so simple and natural-looking, I actually got excited to use it! The set comes with a mix of 10mm and 12mm lash clusters, clear glue, and a lash applicator — basically everything you need to start a DIY lash routine at home with minimal fuss. The lashes feel super lightweight and honestly look like your own lashes, but better — none of that dramatic stage-mom vibe unless you want it. They’re cruelty-free and vegan which is a nice bonus, and once they’re on (after a tiny bit of practice 😅), they can last up to about 10 days with care. Application took a couple tries (hello shaky hands after bedtime chaos), but once I got the hang of it, I was feeling like I actually slept last night — even though I didn’t. 😂 If you’re new to lashes and want something that looks natural but still gives that extra oomph, this starter kit is a winner in my book.

If you are a lash dummy like me….no experience…. This is not for you! I think these require someone with a skill because all I ended up with was an allergic reaction and sticky glue on my lids for a day.

I have been trying so hard to find a good glue and saw a bunch of great reviews for this one. I thought I was for sure just misunderstanding this stuff. Because I absolutely hated it. I'm really sorry to say that. Because the lashes themselves are AMAZING. The glue matted overnight. Making my eyes glue shut. Once I took off the lashes, it became impossible to ungunk my natural lashes. The glue is white. Not clear. Again, I tried using it in different ways, and just hated it every time.

These never disappoint! Lilac St. Originals give you extra lashes in thickness, length and look so natural. Their price point is great for the quality as they look and feel like real lashes Not plastic! If you need help I recommend watching Brandy on YT. lots of tips to ease you thru the process esp if you are new to cluster lashes. I bought some cheaper ones to learn on…but the plastic feeling ones are not comfortable even when placed perfectly. They can be hard to get off the packaging but easy fix…use some rubbing alcohol with a Q-tip to release the lash cluster right where it is glued on the packaging. Then use the back of your fingernail edge and go up under the curled part of the lash and rotate the lash straight up. It might even just come off the packaging with the alcohol. The lashes were easy to apply but too heavy looking for me, my eyes are on the smaller side and wanted some that looked more natural

The are a little longer I think with a bit of old Hollywood flavor IMO. I only wear them when I am going out for the evening but I really like the look, the ease of application, not having to wear eye makeup and how they hold up to some punishment. Now I have allergies and I wear contacts so these lashes don’t last on me for more than a few days but they look great!

UPDATE: Dang-it, I'm a bit bummed because I had high hopes for these. They started to lift/fall off after 3 days at a 9-5 office desk job... i don't go to the gym, i don't swim, i wasn't crying a lot, i didn't aggressively scrub them in the shower... they just started coming off. Also, the glue stayed tacky after it dried so stuff was sticking to them. I used coconut oil to help remove them and I hoped the coconut oil would help clean the glue off the lash clusters but I still have clumps of glue in my lashes and on the clusters. I know it was my first try and admittedly the application wasn't perfect, but I would venture to say that these are not 'long lasting' or 're-useable' unless you have a way to professionally apply, remove, clean, and preserve them... For an almost $40.00 starter kit I think it should have come with the 'Ciao For Now' remover... now, do I spend another $20 dollars on the remover and another $12-$25 for more clusters to try again? Probably not. I'm sure there are cheaper options with the same (if not better) results... I hope this is helpful to prospective buyers, buy at your own risk. I'll probable try something else. [Original Review: I’ve been wanting to get my eyelashes done for YEARS but is so expensive so I have been looking for alternatives that aren’t single use glue in strips. This brand was recommended to me by someone who uses them religiously. The starter kit is awesome and comes with everything you’re going to need except patience, a steady hand, and a mirror. As a first time user I struggled lining up the lash clusters under my lashes so each eye ended up looking a bit different. I also struggled with the glue… I tried really hard to use a minimal amount for leash cluster but the brush applicator was not on the same page as me. I ended up with glue all over my lashes, the clusters, and the tweezers… I definitely have some clumps of glue in my lashes that will have to stay until I take this set off. Overall, I like them, they look effortless and mascara has been removed from my morning routine! I cannot wait to get better at applying these and hope that this is my new go-to beauty product. I’m hoping they last as long as advertised.]

Looks great but I just applied the same day, and it already fell off. Also looks dusty and glue are visible. Makes my eyes itchy

Lashes are nice and give a good volume. Easy to wear and comfortable. Overall, a good product.

These lashes are amazing! Light weight and natural looking, could hardly feel them on. Still working on my technique for applying but got a solid 5 days of wear. And good price!
