These are so delicious. I just ordered my 2nd bag a week after ordering my first bag. Way better than I anticipated. A great healthy snack. Just wish they were a little cheaper in price but I am glad I found these and think they will be a permanent thing in my snack cabinet.

Taste: Usually mild, nutty..Texture: Firm and crunchy.Nutrition: They contain fats, protein, and fatty acids. I would est then as a snack but do not overreat because it csn make you bloat.
