what is the height of toilet

I don’t know the actual height but it fits a 1/12 scale dollhouse Perfect. They are plastic but super cute. And the toilet lid lifts up. I love them.

Does this product have flushing sound ?

No, these are for pretend play only. They don't make any noise.

perfect for mice

these are a bit hard to get used to, they are much smaller than most toilets and one can easily miss, creating a clean up situation, definitely don't try to sit on, you have to hover over,
