What are the poe watt requirements? the cam reboots every time I ptz? i have an 18 w per channel switch.

My understanding is that these larger outdoor POE cameras required POE+. I run a dozen of them off of an "Interstate" 24port POE+ Switch. POE+ provides 30 watts. I think 18w is not enough.

This camera comes with the mounting bracket right?

Wall mount bracket yes. You can buy an additional pole mount bracket as well. We had to get one for a tower PTZ

Can I stream from this camera live to YouTube?

you could stream it off your desktop while using the desktop app. but not directly.

Does this camera have audio?

Sheesh…all you have to do is look at the pictures provided and also read the descriptions: “Two way audio.
