I don't know if it is gluten free, but here are the ingredients: soybean oil, egg yolks, water, vinegar, salt, sugar, mustard flour, red wine vinegar, yeast extract I hope this helps

It says there are no carbs but one of the ingredients is sugar?

Sugar appears as the 6th ingredient. One tablespoon of sugar has 13 grams of carbs. I guess the amount is low enough where it is unmeasurable. That's all i can tell you, I dont manufacture the product, just re-sell it. I hope this helps, thanks.
