That they work. Package is good
The flavour is good not as instant a boost but it can help longevity I can eat them like sweets long term though the day good product I’m suffering with fatigue due to a stroke so they take longer to work on me I’ve had these for years when I had my children 60 years ago the doctor told me to dextrose instead of sugar far better than anything else for energy levels.

He liked the flavour but they don't really seem to have a huge effect on his blood sugars. I guess everyone is different though. They were easy to have in his blazer pocket at school and handy to carry around. He said the flavour was ok.
