Guitar Hero Grip Controller for Nintendo DS Lite Black

it didn't work with my son's DS that he has guitar hero on. i was looking at the thing when i ordered this and was sure that it was compatible, but when my son tried it, it did not fit. i cannot however swear that it wasn't my fault.

Bought this for my son because someone had given him the Guitar Hero Game for his Nintendo DS, but it did'nt come with the Grip Controller. The price was good on this Item, but I noticed that when I hooked it onto the game for him that it would slide out of the DS, it wasn't a snug fit. So you could be playing and it would slide out and then you would have to restart the game. I'm not sure if it was just this one grip or if most are like this. But I thought it should click into it better and stay.

We have enjoyed the game quite a bit. We have played with the full-sized game and wondered if it would really work with a DS, but it is pretty fun and can go outside or in the car with kids.

its a fairly well product there are really no flaws but i really wouldn't recommend buying this game nor other devices due to the fact how the game isnt good and causes really bad hand cramps

I think this controller is excellent. It fits good in my hand and can play comfortably. The only thing I didn't think of when I buyed it, it's that it covers the earphones jack in the DS lite console, but that's not the manufacturer's or Amazon's fault, because I saw there are other controllers with this capability.So, if you're a gamer who never uses earphones when you play Guitar Hero, then this is the right item for you.But if you're a gamer that likes to use earphones, don't buy this item.I am very pleased with this controller.

You will play until your hand cramps! The music is great! It takes a while to get used to using which finger goes on their designated color tab, esp the pinky finger is a little awkward. If your DS's gameboy cartridge is loose, this grip can slide out easy and if it slides out, the game will be interrupted and nothing will be saved. Make sure it's nice and snug in there with the help of your hand that's holding it.

Back in middle school I was addicted to this game for Nintendo DS so I decided to take a little stroll down memory lane and try out this old classic. Absolutely worth it!
