Hi all. Finding hard to fit cover. Any tips?

If you can get it started at one end then just run your thumb along the cover with a bit of force and it will click in no bother

Does anyone know the correct width of the channels?

The dimensions are on the third image down, on the webpage. 12.8mm internal; 17.3mm external.
