how do you remove these once installed?

The ad says" "Removable buttons for relocation" but that does not appear to be true. While I'm sure Hayden comes up with the prerequisite mental gymnastics, you cannot actually remove or relocate these after installation, at least not without ruining them and having to buy some more.

How thick are the rubber spacers, and are they soft/compressible, or a harder material? Thanks.

They are about 1/8 inch think & are a soft/compressible mater/foam, ...however, I also would like to say I've installed/used these on 4 different radiators/vehicles (1 brass, 3 alum.) and these have caused leaks in all of them.

Can someone tell me how these actually attach to cooler and radiator? Is this all I need to mount cooler?

physically yes this is all you need to mount the cooler assuming if you have the hose fittings etc. Each mount slides through the radiator allowing you to mount the cooler.
