Nice book, yummy recipes, good pics. Pleased with book, now I have no excuse to make crepes!

Interesting haven’t used yet but have given a good read through. Know the recipes lean heavily on non gluten and KETO recipes. Aside from the introductory chapter, there are not many photos, but the recipe instructions are well written.

If I had been able to see the table of contents, I would not have ordered this book. There are very few savory crepe recipes I want to try. Many seem to say “go buy deli meat and cheeses and wrap them in a crepe”. There are several recipes for crepe batters but these are already available on the internet. This book is inexpensive but there is not much here.

This was a gift for my Parents. They are really happy with it! There's a double index, what could be better. You can search for type, like desert. Or, you can search by ingredients like chocolate. My Mom likes that the book shows all different ways to cook Crepes. This came in handy because I got them an electric Crepe maker and they've never used one before. Great book!
