I got the shipment quickly and they are stainless steel frets as advertised. I am demoting 1 star though for the different basic shapes. There were a few that were wider or taller and consistency is not accurate. I am going to be filing them awhile. I know that some are thinking it is must my fret board not being leveled no, that is not the case they were off visually before being mounted. I sorted them the best I could and then put them on the most logical way to compensate for the differences. Most of them were alike enough but at least 3-4 were fat and low. Due to them being stainless steel it is also longer and harder to correct this with my files. The other frets will need filed down to compensate the difference. This is not ideal if I bought this set to gain height only to have to file them to a normal distance. The tangs did not hold very well at all either. I had a brand new fret board and slots were proper size. Otherwise yes they are good quality stainless steel pre-cut frets. I did have to nip the ends off since no 2 guitars seem to have the same size fret board but I assumed this going in. Be aware these stainless steel frets take A LOT more work to get flat on the board you will need a fret vice and a fret hammer as well and level and crown are way harder as well. Super harder!

The bigger issue I have is the tangs are cut pretty far from the edges, so it's hard to get the frets seated near the edges, you end up with a small gap between the bottom of the fret and the top of the fretboard on both edges. I'm guessing they did this on purpose to be compatible with all fretboards, some people might have less wide fretboards. The second issue, which isn't as big of a deal, is the frets were exactly the right width, trying to line them up perfectly is pretty hard, it meant I had to pull out some frets and try to line them up until they sat perfectly on each side, otherwise they'd be slightly too far on one edge. If they made the frets slightly wider, then I could have filed the edges down to the width of the fretboard. This, like the first issue might be because my fretboard is wider than most fretboards, and most guitars don't have this issue, I'm not sure? While it's convenient to have them pre cut and pre radiused, in the future I will buy it non pre-cut to avoid these potential issues.

Yes they are Stainless Steels frets, but not exactly the size 2.9mm only 2.5mm wide which is still a decent width. Unfortunately they are too long a bit, so you have to cut every one of them (on one side) which is extremely hard , unless you use it for A 22 fret guitar then just have to round the edges.
