No issues easy to take! I don’t taste the lemon flavor or burp after. I read it’s better to take with fatty foods helps absorb better! Great quality! No odor, no digestive upset.

I’ve been taking Nordic Omegas for about six months and have been very happy with them. They’re easy to take and don’t leave any fishy taste or aftertaste. The quality seems excellent, especially for the price. I’ll definitely continue purchasing them.

A hint of lemon flavor but otherwise not much taste. Otherwise, not much to say -- it's a standard fish oil supplement, albeit a high quality one. Keep in mind a normal dose is two capsules, so this is a 90 day supply. The capsules are quite large but still go down easily. A good choice for a supplement compared to cheaper ones that don't mask the natural flavor and odor. Nordic Naturals is a very respected fish oil provider. They offer some more dense capsules for those who want more fish oil in fewer capsules. Note that most scientific research showing benefits of fish oil supplementation use doses of > 1g and up to 3.5g of EPA+DHA, so you may want to take more than the recommended dose. If you want to do this, you should check out the Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega Xtra, which gives you 1200mg of omega 3 (800 EPA and 400 DHA) in two capsules, which would take about four of these capsules. They also offer a liquid if you want very high doses. Consider whether you are looking for DHA or EPA, too. EPA is the more anti-inflammatory fatty acid (it competes with omega-6 uptake) and has positive effects on blood lipids (but a better way to fix bad blood lipid measurements is to correct your diet, specifically reducing carb consumption and increasing fat consumption, and replacing vegetable oils with animal fats). I take EPA mainly because I am an athlete it reduces post-exercise inflammation. DHA is critical for brain health. If you want to focus on just one of these, you can get specific DHA or EPA supplements from Nordic Naturals as well. And if you want an EPA supplement you can also look into OmegaVia, which has 1000mg of omega-3, mostly EPA (note that most supplements measure the amount of FISH OIL, not omega-3 fatty acids -- so for most brands 1000mg means a 1000mg dose of fish oil, and much less omega-3, while OmegaVia offers 1000mg of omega-3 specifically). A final alternative is krill oil -- you can get some 1000mg pills of krill oil now, which have much less omega-3 but deliver them in phospholipid form, which is much more bio-available. I personally use both krill oil and fish oil to keep joint inflammation down for my running and rock climbing and combined with a ketogenic diet, which is extremely anti-inflammatory as well, all my joint pain has vanished completely. I recommend if you want to optimize your health and athleticism, consider: * A fish oil supplement such as this, or another Nordic Naturals brand or another enteric-coated brand like OmegaVia. The lemon flavor of Nordic Naturals, or the enteric coating in some other brands, helps you avoid fishy burps. * Add a krill oil supplement on top of that. Make sure it is one that is at least 40% phospholipid (e.g. in a 1000mg dose, the label should read 400mg of phospholipids or higher). * If you are really serious, adopt a proper, natural (ketogenic) diet. Carbohydrate based metabolism is extremely pro-inflammatory.

Only brand I can take that doesn't make me sick at my stomach. It doesn't taste fishy.

I’m not a doctor, so definitely do your own research, but I’ve been really happy with this omega-3 supplement so far. One of the biggest things for me is that it’s not harsh on my stomach. I’ve tried fish oil before that caused that fishy aftertaste or “fish burps,” and I haven’t experienced that with this one. The light lemon taste actually helps a lot and makes it easier to take. The soft gels are smooth and easy to swallow, and I usually take mine with dinner every day. Since adding it to my routine, I honestly feel like it’s been making a positive difference in how I feel overall. My energy level seem way better than before. Everyone’s body is different, but for me this has been a great addition to my daily routine, and I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

I'm pretty sure that this helped get my triglyceride levels lower. The pill is big and maybe difficult for some. It tasted fine and i highly recommend it.

The only omega 3 supplements that I have found so far that don’t have a fishy aftertaste!

No smelly burps and this seems to provide needed omega 3 as you can feel the change after some days of regular consumption.
