Not the quality I expected from Dell!
Most of the laptops/computers I bought in my carrer were made by Dell, and I valued its quality. This one is a lemon. I have already returned once to fix the screen, and solve some software issues. I am very disappointed with its quality. I type, and it jumps from a place to another one. I click on certain thing I want to open, and at the same time something else is opened! Very, very disappointing for Dell's fame! I called Dell service (I have bought a 3 yrs. service), they helped me by phone, but it continues to act up.
