I love how it helps control your portions because even when we are eating healthy; we could be eating more calories. I had a Gastric sleeve in 2016 and have gained some weight. This has helped my stomach pouch to shrink again the plate is sturdy material and easy to use wash/clean. My dietician recommended it and I am very pleased with my purchase.
