My cat love this dry food! They are very picky eaters and this is a very high-quality dry food. It is a little pricey, but worth every penny! I’ve been using it for a couple of years and never go without it!

We’ve been using this cat food for over three years, with no issues. None of our cats (one male, two females) have ever had any issues with it. Of course that does not mean it will agree with every kitty, but we have had no issues, thankfully. It gives our kitties the silkiest, softest coats! Our youngest came to us with intestinal parasites, underweight, with food aggression, and a scraggly coat. Despite her ravenous hunger, she really hated the food the shelter provided. Once we started her on this, she was actually eating, poor baby! And within a few weeks, her coat was soft and smooth! Of course we treated her for the parasites too. (Before and after pics attached.) My only complaint is that the kibble size is so small that they don’t really have to chew it once they are half grown, so I really doubt we get any of the dental benefit dry food can typically provide. We use dental treats instead. Our kitties are free-fed this dry food and have never had any weight problems. We also give 1/8 of the jumbo can of Nulo wet food mixed with water to each kitty daily. I highly recommend that too—it keeps them hydrated and can prevent the urinary tract issues dry food can lead to (especially in males). We only recently started doing this—our male cat was on this food for three years without wet food and still had no issues. Make sure you change food gradually, or it can certainly lead to stomach problems and diarrhea. We’re really happy with this food. Hoping we can continue to afford it.

Love this kitten food! I rescued two abandoned kittens that were underweight and not weaned. I added a small amount of kibble with a warm kitten milk supplement and they eat it up. There are three proteins in these kibbles and I'm sold! Will definitely purchase more!

my baby girl is 2 years old and I noticed substantial amount of weight loss in her. Her hips were beginning to stick out, her tail looked frail and thin, and she was much sleepier than usual. Due to the fact that I am a lower class individual, my mother buys very generic and unhealthy cat food filled with grains and extremely low amounts of protein which was obviously seriously effecting my girl. She’s always been a very small cat, but never this small. I switched her to this diet and within 3 weeks I noticed an incredible difference in her weight and behavior. Her coat looks and feels so much softer, she’s started regaining her weight back, and she’s much more energetic and playful. I sat a bowl of Nulo next to her old food just to see which one she would pick, and she chose Nulo every time. She LOVES this stuff. She did have a few instances of stomach sensitivity (like 2-3 times), but I presume it was because she got into the other cats food bowls, not because the Nulo food was making her sick. I also have to say, it does smell great. If I knew I could eat this stuff, I probably would too. All in all, I really recommend this food for anyone who’s pets are underweight or just need a richer diet. Just be sure to introduce it slowly as to not upset your babies belly. Edit: 2/5/23 I’m going to keep my review at 5 stars because i believe this is a great cat food, however my cat hit a weight wall. she gained all the weight back that she had lost, but she wasn’t gaining those extra pounds that she NEEDED. As i mentioned, she has always been very small, so i was hoping she would gain a few extra pounds over what she previously weighed. This stuff was also giving her a little bit of diarrhea when healthy droppings should be a little more “solid”. I switched her to Science Hills on a whim simply because this food was out of stock- i’m not one to switch my babies food often. But so far their food has solved all my girls issues and she (and i) loves it. While we also loved Nulo, we found it was no longer fitting for us anymore. It still a great option though for anyone else who may be looking into it!

Nulo Freestyle High Protein Cat & Kitten Food is a great choice if you want a nutritious, grain-free option. The chicken and cod recipe has excellent ingredients and plenty of protein, and my cats really enjoy the taste. It supports healthy coats, energy, and digestion. A reliable, premium cat food worth the price.

We foster kittens among our own adult and elder cats. This kibble is purrfect for meeting all their needs. The pieces are small and easily digested. I prefer to buy this product on Amazon because it comes with a Velcro seal that he packages in the pet stores do not.

After years of the orange Iams food and vomiting issues I finally made a switch to Nulo. It's been a few months now, my cat loves the food, has a nice shiny coat, and hasn't thrown up once. I feel terrible I didn't figure this out sooner.

My cat absolutely loves this food. The high protein content and limited ingredient list make it a great option for picky eaters or cats with sensitive stomachs. You can tell the quality is there - real meat as the first ingredient and no fillers. She eats it right away every time. Really happy with this brand and will keep buying it.

My kittens (all three of them) love the food. They eat it so quickly that I have it on automatic delivery & they’ve been on it for 6 months already. They Eat anything we give them but your cat kibble product seemed to have one of the best ingredients ( we checked out a lot of different kinds) & it’s important when all of them liked it & the nutrition value & real product helped us buy your brand. Expensive but the best food ever. My cats had eczema, allergies and losing too much of hair (Rex Cornish cats). It took me so long to find a food that would bring the best for all of them. After a month of Nulo, they are now healthy, active and so soft. I recommend this food.

We have three cats, and they all love it, though they have very distinctive tastes. Also, each has their own problem when it comes to food : one has intolerances, one is very picky and one ate too quickly and often threw up. This food has solved all those problems, and more : it promotes healthy skin and hair, so my cat's skin doesn't flake as much anymore. The fact that they're so small enables my cat with Wobbly Cat Syndrome to eat them even though he usually can't eat dry food. TLDR: Great affordable all-around and complete nutrition for cats that promotes health and helps with many problems.

This food seemed like a pretty good kibble based on research I've done. I was sad to see my cat's didn't love it. Even my cat who goes crazy for kibble, this is the one we've tried she liked the least. The other cat did not care for this at all.
