Amazing customer service
This was easy to install. The handle broken, probably because of the kids usage. However, I contacting the company and they wanted to get a new handle to me as fast as possible. They were very responsive and I appreciated them working on fixing the problem, not giving me the run around.

Missing parts
First I received it after a long time even though i was supposed to be advised of the shipping date. The product is good however, the pipes are short and a gasket was missing so I had to go the store and buy the part with the gasket which cost me a lot. The water flow is really weak. The price is very good and it comes with its issues.

Don't Buy
The installtion instructions are incorrect. You can not get the water lines through the tripod, as stated. Had to take one of the water lines hoses off twice to feed through the water line cover and the tripod. Very poor design.
