Great Product
Works spectacularly! WATCH THE INSTALLATION VIDEOS! Installation was time consuming but not difficult (would have been easier with 2 people). Very quiet operation! I had to temporarily turn off my 5GHZ internet to connect the app (instructions in video) but once I ensured I was on 2.4GHZ Wi-Fi it connected right away. I am able to open and close with Alexa (works with Siri too but I haven’t tried setting that up yet) or the included remote. I bought curtain hooks that were small…I recommend getting the larger ones as the ones purchased don’t provide the support needed for the curtain to hide the track…replacing with larger curtain hooks. When installing wall mounts, I found it easiest to connect the ceiling Mount to the wall Mount with only one of the bolts (closest to the wall), then attach wall mounts to wall, then you can rotate ceiling mounts into top of track fairly easily and attach the second bolt to each bracket and tighten both bolts. I would definitely purchase this item again!

Strong motor and track but inconsistent remote
My husband, an electrician and all around very handy man, would only give four stars to installation due to needing three Quoya AT-5810 systems just to open the curtains in the directions we wanted. And because the ends bulge, the middle track had to be placed just in front of the side tracks to allow curtain overlap. I myself would have been willing to pay more for a longer (25ft) cord so it could hide behind the curtain and go to a wall socket. Now we have to install new outlets super high up on the wall. But the curtains wrap nicely around the motor and hide it well. Each of the three systems came with 24 gliders. We needed 28 more and asked how to purchase them since they weren’t for sale on amazon like the older model’s incompatible gliders. We contacted the seller thru amazon’s messaging to seller. They said they would create an invoice and email a quote to include shipping. I was nervous, but we couldn’t use the set up without more gliders regardless of price. Our curtains were delayed and I forgot about the invoice until a box of 61 gliders arrived in the mail free of charge! Delightful surprise!!! We bought three AT-5810 kits so that the curtains would fall where we wanted on the wall between the windows instead of pooling on one side of the wall. The left curtain opens left, right curtain opens right, center curtain opens center. My husband put the center curtain track in front of the side curtain tracks, overlapping, so that the curtains meet and overlap just a bit to avoid sunlight peeping through. The motor is really strong, moving 200 inch wide, 19ft long black out curtains without sounding like it’s an effort. The three curtain tracks moving simutaneously aren’t silent. They get the attention of our cats. But they aren’t loud. If we’re talking or otherwise occupied in the room, we don’t notice when they auto-close at sunset…unless we see the cats freaking out. The remote is a strange creature. Sometimes it opens or closes the wrong curtain. Or two at one time. No pattern found yet. We have the three systems set to channels 1-3 on the 15 channel remote. My husband quickly synced the systems to his Samsung phone. He has all sorts of scene settings. I haven’t yet figured out how to use the app with my apple phone. (Yes, I’m jealous but I still don’t want an android.) We’ve only just installed the curtains so we’ll need to update the review to show how the systems hold up over time. So far, the Quoya AT-5810 are nice looking, relatively quiet, high quality, good value items that I am happy we added to our home.

Works great,
Needs a new assembly manual and YouTube how to video made by someone more fluent in American English. I figured it out even though my parts were different from the manual. I recieved a UK type power cord and Quoya quickly supplied a USA type cord. I had trouble connecting to wifi. Support suggested turning off 802.11n wifi and leave on the older protocols. Setup worked first try after that. Connected with Tuya and Smart Life apps andriod. After setup turn N protocol back on in router. I think ill buy another one but I no longer see this same model AT-5810 on Amazon? Excellent Support from Quoya. With better instructions and a wifi upgrade it's an easy 5 star

A well built and functional product!
I purchased 7 AT5810 electric curtain tracks. Four for a living room and 3 for a bedroom. I'm a pretty good handyman and found the on-line videos very easy to follow to assemble the rods. Programming was a little more tedious. We have iphones and use the Smart Life app to control the curtains which gives much flexibility in how to control the curtains. Currently we have them set on opening just before sunrise and closing right after sunset. They work flawlessly and are quiet. When they open in the morning in our bedroom, we seldom hear it happening. We contacted customer support for assistance in obtaining extra gear box hooks as there were only two per kit. We needed more as we have very heavy drapes on each rod. There is no product support located in the U.S. and you end up talking to the UK support group, however they were very accommodating. They were going to charge me a lot for the hooks as well as international shipping but after I explained to them that I bought seven units, they sent me the hooks at no charge. The remotes work great and we've had no issues although we seldom use them. I also programmed SIRI to operate the curtains, either individually or by room or all together. It does take time to do the set-up on SIRI but it works well. I definitely recommend this product.

Hard installation
So hard to install, too many parts. 2 task rabbits came and couldn’t figure it out. Way too expensive for all the hassle

Works perfectly
My husband is an engineer and is very impressed with the quality and design of this system. We bought two. One for our sliding glass door and the for a smaller window in the same room. While there aren't any written instructions, the videos are the best we've ever used. Each part of the process is on a separate video. The instructor is clear, slow and extremely precise. While it's probably easier for someone already adapt at these types of projects, it is still very doable for the less experienced. One thing to note: if you have a wider window, there's probably not enough runners to attach the drapery to the track. It comes with 24. I called customer service and they were extremely helpful. It works quietly and smoothly. Couldn't be more pleased with our purchase.

Works great not easiest to install
The motor and track work great. The I stall instructions are videos only, no written or pictures. You must watch videos on each step to install. Mine was missing parts too but they shipped them within a week. Check ALL parts before you start to put together

Great product - installation not so easy
Once installed, looks and works great. Instructions are on You Tube and had to watch them quite a few times as I didn't want to make mistakes.

Very good from Quoya
I returned SW01 model and bought this one it amazed me . Has quite motor solid performance. Needed 30 minutes to install and fit on the wall. It's really pro version of Quoya. Just follow instructions and you will not find any difficulties. Customer service are friendly you can contact them through WhatsApp. Phone or email they are based in UK . All in all highly recommended

Curtain track
This product is good except it doesn’t come with a UBS outlet.

Works very well just watch the YouTube videos for easy installation.
I have bought 4 of these and am thoroughly impressed with them. As long as you watch the you tube video and cut the track (23 notches for a straight run & 20 notches for a curved run) then you will be fine. Note if you cut too much (a notch or two) there is flexibility for adjustment. The kit is supplied with enough track pre cut so you should be able to build your track without cutting as the joins will be straight and without burrs. The motor will hang down from the end of the curtain rail but is hidden behind the curtain likewise the power cable. The motor connects via wifi so there is no need for an additional hub and I find it very reliable as I have BLE roller binds that don't always wake up on the initial request. Installing in to the ceiling uses the supplied clips, however for wall mounting I had to buy additional clips (£20 for 5) however as I required 6 I had to spend £40. My only other gripe is that the corner units supplied by amazon are un boxed and I feel that these become twisted so I had to use plenty of lubricant for the curtain hook wheels to wear down to navigate the bends. I like that these can be controlled remotely so if away from the home and it is becoming dark the curtains can be closed, also if I cannot be bothered to get up off the sofa I can close all and switch on the lights from my phone although each track does come with a remote control which can be configured to control multiple curtain tracks. The smart life app is quite good as many other manufacturers used it so I can control the roller blinds, immersion timers etc all from this. The track is not cheap at approximately £200 per window but like with a lot of technology after a short while you will question how did you manage without it

Best Electric Curtain in Quoya Range
Quoya currently sell two smart electric curtain track models, namely the QL-5000 and the AT5810. I purchased model QL-5000 first and subsequently model AT5810. For me, the later (and the latest incarnation) AT5810 is the favoured option. Why? The QL-5000 is a particularly good quality system. The track is well made. The Motor is excellent. It comes with Ceiling and Wall fixings included. The configuration process is clear and precise. However. The joining brackets are 'C' shaped and hang over the track. Moreover these 'C' brackets have sharp edges. When my heavy curtains were hung the sharp vertical edges of the 'C' brackets constantly snagged on the curtains when opening and closing. The snagging was consistent and if left would have eventually destroyed expensive drapes. The AT5810 is the latest model. The 'C' joining brackets are now gone replaced by internal overhead joining brackets that do not impact your precious curtains. The configuration process for this model is not as defined as the QL-5000 and may invite error if you deviate from the online guides (you have been warned). The quality of the materials including the motor is also a step down from the QL-5000; however, the outright function of the rail is identical once installed correctly. The AT5810 DOES NOT come with wall fixing brackets so allow another £15 for those and add those to the cost of the order if you are wanting to fix to a wall (this is very mean when you consider the quality is lower and the cost of the rail is currently around £200). The remotes and setup are slightly different too but once deciphered the end functionality is the same. Just an additional note to say that Quoya did not hesitate to refund me on the QL-5000 purchase and the customer service experience for me was excellent so hopefully that provides reassurance for anyone wishing to purchase one of their systems. I hope that helps.

A good quality product that gets a thumbs up from me
I purchased the AT5810 as it was £20 cheaper than the QL600. Both products look the same except for the brackets. Neither come with wall brackets but are available as extras. The AT5810 brackets are visible when fitted unless you have a pelmet. The QL600 brackets are more discreet. Having said that the track was easy to assemble following the videos step by step. Check twice before you cut the belt and a nail file will just take off any edges where the track joins. There is a video that covers that problem. As I don't have a pelmet I contacted customer services who supplied the QL600 ceiling brackets so the overall look for me is nicer. The remote control is good looking and works well. I have never used the Tuya app before but was easy to set up and link to Alexa with the curtains opening/closing at preset times. Overall very pleased with the track and will be buying again.
