What kind of water based sealer can be used on this PVC?

this pvc can be glued with any adhesive that is meant for pvc

Can you use something other than glue so it’s not damaging Sheetrock?

I have seen people use caulk so it's easily removable or gorilla grip construction glue. I found some Liquid Nails specifically formulated for plastic and foam moulding. I haven't tried it yet but I think it should work

If my room is 400 sf how many 10 packs would I need?
