What essential oils are in this version? Is it more suitable for men just scent wise or the essential oils are different than a woman's cream?

Thanks for your questions! You can see the essential oils used under "Ingredients" in the product listing. This variety uses cedarwood, ylang ylang, lavender, and basil essential oils. We call it Mild Manly only because it has a fresh, clean scent that men like (rather than, say, a floral scent). The essential oils used are great for supporting skin health in man or woman, though. As we say in the product description, women love it too, and we sell just as many to women as to men.
