Updated!!! After experiencing issues with two sets I reached out to the seller. They were prompt in responding and offered to send me two new sets. The replacement sets arrived with in two days and they are working beautifully. The customer service that has been shown to me is out of this world! They have went above and beyond. This went from a one star review to a 5 star review! My plants love these lights! I have propagated 300 plus succulent leaves with them. I will be a returning customer as I grow my propagation area!! I purchased two lights. Both from the same seller. They were great and then about a month in one died. I troubleshot it and it was the plug from the wall to the box. I have emailed and called support two times no response. All I needed was the one part to the cord. Now it is about a week later and the second set that I bought now has two lights out on it. Once again, I have called support and emailed and we will see if I get a response. It was a great grow light when it worked. I will await a response and update the review accordingly.

Bought 9/2021 and it was easy to set up and worked great till a few days ago when instead of going off, it went very dim and I can not turn them back up... So there for it no longer works.

This is my 2nd grow light from this company and it ha only gotten better. My first purchase was the 4 head and now I have the 5 head which offers an additional light setting. I love the adjustable height and the coverage. It was super easy to assemble and honestly it takes care of my plants with the auto-timer. I set it for 12 hours light per day and I haven't touched it since. Their customer service has been superb too! You won't go wrong purchasing this. 2 thumbs up!

I love this lamp! 4 out of 5 stars becauseeeee, My remote did not work, and the button features on the lamp are a little shaky. The remote never connected, even with a different battery than what it came with. The remote attached is a hit or miss at times, but does not bug me because i leave mine on 24/7 unless i take my plants outside for fresh air. But if you're buying for the remote or timing feature, i would be a little cautious. Otherwise, perfect! It does suggest plants be within 12 inches from lamp, but with the arms being short its hard to keep all my plants in the spotlight. I do rotate my plants but ive noticed my bigger plants that are near, have grown in the direction of the lamp! So 12 inches for best results but close plants are not missing out :) Very easy to assemble and easy to pack away. Not an eye sore either, i run the cords behind my plants and the light gives a pretty purple glow at night!

This is not a $350 grow light. That said, it seems to be performing adequately for over three weeks in providing supplemental light for a 48" x 36" grouping of herbs in a lower natural light, heated garage. I like the adjustability of the height and the variable dispersion of the light emitters. Easy set-up. It's low profile enough not to block natural light if placed in front of a window. The timer is a bit wonky, but works. I purchased this to keep herbs growing during a Montana winter. I'm using it on the 8 hour timer setting in front of a partially blocked south facing window. Time will tell (it's Oct as I write this), but the price point makes this a worthwhile gambit. Made in China, of course (sadly).

I bought this last year, 2023, to help the non zone 5 plants survive winter and get a head start on seeds for Spring/Summer 2024. It's NOT EVEN 9 months, and it's falling apart!! WASTE of MONEY especially in this deep recession!! I should have known bc of where it was MADE, and it's not USA! The lights have fallen out, the plastic is chipping and fallen off, I've used electrical tape and rods to help straighten the lights, but it peels and bends. It's become a hazard, so the next step is garbage! NOT EVEN a year's use. I used this grow light under NORMAL growing conditions. The plastic breaking started end of 2023 and now it's worse! Too late for a refund. Plus, I learned LEDs are NOT good for seedlings. Save your money...SKIP this product!! Update: We tossed it in Jan of 2024 bc it just stopped working. I doubt the company will do anything bc I've made a negative review. It lasted less than a year. Waste of money in times of inflation!

Highly recommend if your house doesn’t get sufficient sunlight. I can have indoor plants again! Also comes in very handy when growing seedlings indoors for gardening seasons. Love the flexible arms and ability to raise and lower the lights. I love the timer and the option to control brightness levels. Definitely worth buying

It’s too soon to tell how well it works for plant growth but the light itself is great. It arrived on time and intact. All the lights work, it has three options for light colors, red blue and white, white by itself, red and blue. It dims like it’s supposed to, the remote works, and I really like the different timer options. I have it extended as high as it will go and it’s pretty tall, I think almost 6 feet. All the lights bend so you can angle the light where you want it. I have them angled in test positions, if it’s not working for some plants I’ll adjust it. I also don’t know how close the plants have to be to the light to benefit from it. I hope it helps plants grow as well as the rest of it works, I’ll update after it’s been long enough to have some sort of effect. September 2023 update: so this already broke within the first week I had it. The plug literally fell apart when I unplugged it to go from one outlet to another. Good news it happened so soon after purchase it was able to be exchanged for a new one. It was super easy to do. The order for a new one was processed the same day and it was shipped the next day. Since I didn’t plan on returning this I didn’t have the original packaging but all I had to do was bring it to Kohl’s, they scanned a QR code and gave me a printed receipt for my records that it was scanned in. I got an email from Amazon probably a week or two later saying the broken light was received and my return was complete. So far the replacement hasn’t broken and my plants seem to be doing well. Nothing has died so there’s that. November 2023 update: this is quickly becoming my least favorite Amazon purchase. The replacement also broke. One of the lights just doesn’t work anymore and it’s no something that has been done to it it just stopped turning on one morning. I have the timer set so it’s not being physically touched to turn on and off and once I set the lights they haven’t been readjusted. Considering plants get moved around and the lights are adjustable that shouldn’t even need to be said because they’re designed to move. I picked this version because it had decent reviews and five lights. Now I spent a stupid amount of money on four lights and a light that has broken not once but twice. I have attempted to contact the seller about the second time it broke but I haven’t found a way to, I even looked through the papers that came with it and nothing, and considering this item isn’t even for sale anymore I think I’m out of luck. The listing says it has a 24 month warranty but no information on how to contact them about it. I would not buy this light again. I would buy something else and it looks like I will have to the way this keeps breaking. It’s been a few months and I don’t see much improvement other than the plants are still alive so I guess it does its job when it works properly. I have seen minimal new growth but I won’t blame the light it could just be the natural cycle of the plants. The one exception is the philodendron, it has exploded with new growth since being under this light. I’m highly disappointed with the longevity of this product but it did keep the plants alive and it can still be used with four lights and the first replacement was super easy and no fuss, so I won’t take all the stars away but I would suggest buying something else. There are plenty of options. I’ll update again if anything changes.
