Our family has been using it day one since we received it, they are soft (but you have to use enough toner for it to be soft), do not go cheap on toner and blame the cotton for being rough. I waited and bought when in sale- great buy as these will last a long time. They are soft- no lint or loose fibers. I use for make-up removal and application of face serum. They are soft on face. I have purchased these rounds 7 times! They are a staple in my routine for removing makeup with micellar water. I can use them on my eyes without getting little tiny fibers stuck in my eyeball. They hold up extremely well and do not disintegrate. They have this really tiny like stitched edge that keeps the pad together and gives it some nice integrity so the raw edge doesn’t fray like with the Target brand ones. I went from the Target brand to these and have never strayed since. In the photos the Target round is the patterned one. The Target round looks thicker but really it’s just “fluffier” and all those fibers separate. SoulSation is better quality by a long shot.

These cotton rounds are perfect for me. I usually buy them from my local drug store and pay lots more ofcourse. These will last me for ages as I mainly use them for applying toner, but are SO handy when you apply nail polish remover to them and wipe around the neck of bottles of nail polishes to clean them off.
