Waited for a bit to write the review. Wanted to have some time to evaluate it well. The camera is excellent. I was looking for a quality 4k camera, with a good lens, zoom, etc. This Panasonic met the criteria and does everything I needed it to do. The two lens system is a bit of a gimmick, not sure how often I will even use that, but it could be fun for certain shooting situations. The camera is well made, it has a bit of a heft, but not bad at all. You know when you pick it up this isn't a cheap camera. The lens zoom is very smooth, the image stabilization works very well. Even in hand-held panning situations, it was very smooth. I use the camera with a tripod most of the time and it is good to know if I need to pick it up and use it, the footage will be very usable. Will probably still use the tripod or a steady cam system in most cases. The audio is good. I tend to use external microphones and synch in post production editing. It is also good to know I have two usable audio tracks.The kit from Focus Camera was a pretty good deal and it is packed with useful items. The bag is good, the ND lens filter a good protectant for the lens, the flexible tripod has been very handy for some desktop production work when filming with a greenscreen behind my seated subject. The included memory card is very good. Not a cheap clone, but a real quality card. The secondary had strap that is included is well made, but not something I will be using with the camera. The extra battery with this bundle is not a Panasonic OEM battery, but it works well and I am happy with it.So were there any negatives. Yes actually. The initial shipment did not come with the tripod included. A quick email to the seller on Amazon, I had a response the next day and the tripod was promptly shipped to me. That is why the customer service comment in the headline. No arguments, a quick apology and the item sent immediately. I buy new cameras and equipment all the time. Focus Camera is now on the short list to watch for good deals.Overall, I am very happy with the purchase. The price was fair, the extras are quality items that most of us will want anyway. The customer service will get me to buy again.
