Not a yucky artificial sweetener tasting drink. A good mild alternative to soda when you want a bit of something besides water. I tried a variety pack & liked this & one other . No caffeine, so drink in afternoon & evenings for me.

Like energy drinks, there are many Vitamin or immune support products on the market today. I've tried many. However, I found Tru Defend's blend compelling - it pack 100% Vitamin C, it adds ginger, turmeric, cayenne, black pepper, and echinacea - we've been taking echinacea as a family for 20 years. Unlike other products that come in pill and powder form, Tru does it differently with seltzer. As a big pineapple fan, I figured it was worth a shot. As most health oriented products these days seem to have either an overbearing Earthy taste or a chalky consistency, I was surprised by the smooth yet subtle fruity flavor. Tru somehow hit the bullseye of flavor while only containing 10 calories and 3 g of sugar. Tru Defend is a delicious seltzer that will become a part of my daily routine. It’s very refreshing and I liked it. It has a lot of vitamin C. I tried the pineapple this time, but I want to try the Apple kiwi next time. It was a nice light drink with no caffeine so I didn’t explode after my workout and I felt very hydrated.

Great tasting low carb refreshing seltzer drink. My favorite is pineapple. Highly recommend.

I have to give Tru a 10/10! I’m usually not the biggest fan of seltzers but these are amazing. The fizz is just right and the flavor of these pineapple ones is delicious. I’ve been drinking them before the gym or in the morning with breakfast! My fiancé usually isn’t a fan of seltzers either and loves them before the gym as well!
