This stuff actually does seem to perk a person up; when I have the blahs it takes some of the fuzzy edge off. I compared the ingredients to other energy drinks and this came out ahead in most respects. Directions say mix a packet with 4 to six ounces of water, so I don't try to make it go further. Mixing with cold water, by the way, is much better than using tap stuff. One caution: This flavor, Lemon-Lime, isn't bad, but it's a little like a 7-Up or Sprite that took a wrong turning in childhood. However, it seemed tacky to drop a star just because I didn't like the flavor. Others may like it and we should not argue about tastes, as that old Latin guy said, in Latin. I plan to try the other flavors. Comes in packets, which is convenient for travel.

High quality ingredients for health that are better than any sports drink on the market and a good taste. Packets easy to carry. I drink them on a plane or when traveling and it makes a big difference in how I feel. Knocks out thirst

As per the other reviews, it is very good stuff and the sugar content is only 2g per packet as compared to Emergen-C which now contains 6g of sugar per packet. Emergen-C, since being bought out by another company, has also removed some amino acids and other trace products that were in the original product and it is now just another sugar drink like Gatorade. Don't take my word for it, research the ingredients of all these products yourself. One pays a little more for this product but, at least in this case, you get what you pay for.

I live in Florida, where it is very hot and humid, and a good electrolyte mix is something I've been wanting for many years. I've tried other sports drink mixes and premixed sports drinks in the past, but never noticed any difference after taking them. I heard about the Ola Loa Sport drink and thought I'd give it a try. On several occasions when I've been tired and thought that I should just take a nap, I instead took a packet of Ola Loa with cold water. The tiredness disappeared, I felt fine again, and was able to continue on my day without fatigue. This is a very big deal, and this product has without question improved my ability to live in the Florida heat. Highly recommended.

It doesn't taste bad. It doesn't taste great, but it will make you feel great.

Good flavor with electrolytes, good addition to any hydration system.

Ola Loa Sport Drink Mix was my daily energy revival during my 8 days at the burning man. I just wish it didn't give out much gas.
