Beautiful Knife
I was really surprised how nice this knife was from the packaging to the quality and sharpness. It exceeded my expectations. It is VERY sharp. Be Careful. The handle is beautiful, the packaging is elegant. It comes with a blade cover and a small cloth. For the price you can't get better.

The most amazing fillet knife I've owned
Wow, the craftmanship is amazing on this knife, I've owned alot of fillet knives but this beautiful knife outshines them all. Extremely sharp, I think I've finally found a fillet knife that will be by my side for the rest of my life

Beautiful Knife
Writing this review literally an hour after it was delivered. I need to catch some fish too try it out on so the review may get updated to 5 stars depending on how it performs. The knife looks and feels amazing and seems to be pretty high quality. It did come with a couple of small scratches near the handle but I can ignore that if it cuts well.

Sharper than it seems
I just got this knife a few hours ago. It is beautiful, and well balanced. At first, I thought it was not sharp - I felt the edge and it didn't have that "razor feel" - but then, I used it to filet a fish. WOW! It was really sharp, just sliced through the flesh like it was butter. I think they have put such a smooth edge on it that you can't feel that razor catch when you run your finger across it. REALLY great knife at a reasonable price. Can't ask for more than that.

Very sharp out of the box
Nice sharp knife for the money. I would have gave it 5 stars but mine came a little bent and not perfectly straight. Made easy work of larger fish.
