Useful item to have in the pantry. I use it for a lot of dry mixes I keep handy. Good quality too. You wouldn’t expect to use tomato powder but it is a great umami flavor in foods. Soups, sauces, so many uses.

I like to make big pots of soup, and sometimes need to add water so that there is more broth. Well then I have to add more seasons, right? Nope! I just add this wonderful tomato powder! Now, I even add it just because it adds a great tomato flavor to the broth. Highly recommended

What a great product! I didn't know this existed until my friend mentioned it. It saves having a half-used can of tomato paste in the fridge until it molds, or not having paste when you need it. With this, you always have paste when you need it, and it's good to add to dishes otherwise. The taste is really good, just like tomatoes, and it thickens beautifully. What would be nice is to have the "recipe" to make paste on the container. But I love that it's dry and will las a long time in the pantry.

I love the taste of this product. I use it is so many things. Chili is my favorite use. I only have one complaint. It clumps up like rocks in the container. My spice grinder stays busy.

I’ve bought this product before and enjoyed it. But this time the container of tomato powder had already been opened and had no safety seal. Most of product was clumped together into a large, solid mass. After reading some of the recent reviews this does not seem to be an isolated incident, as multiple people have reported the same experience. Obviously had to throw it away.

repeat customer on this product- this powder is great, i put a tablespoon of it in with my pasta sauces and it gives them. deep rich flavor. great for thickening the sauces as well. the other day i as one tomato short to make my homemade red salsa, and put a spoonful of this in it and no one could tell the difference! Very versatile! you could make a dozen cans of tomato paste with this, so even though it seemed expensive initially, it’s actually a good value as it takes a few months to go thru a tub.

Used this in my chili recipe when I didn’t have tomato paste and you wouldn’t know the difference. I will be keeping this in my pantry instead of cans of tomato paste from now on.

Going in with what my wife says on this, but she’s a big fan of this tomato powder and make sure to only brand this brand on Amazon for her cooking needs. She’s a great cook so I’m guessing this product is just as great.

This tomato powder shines when needing lightweight sauce for camping, just add water. The flavor was surprisingly strong compared to what I was expecting (in a good way). So I was able to use this powder as a base for jambalaya, and with some water and a few other ingredients the meal came out great. The water opens up the flavor, so if just tasting the powder it may not seeeemm good. I wasn't sure what to expect, ended up happily surprised. hurray! P.S. the amount you need for jambalaya is only a few table spoons so I have plently left for further camping. seems like many trips

Love making a chili spice blend with this, or adding it to Mac n cheese to bring some more flavour.

Tastes of tart flavoured tomatoes. Not sweet. Half empty container due to the old saying … sold by weight not by volume.

Arrived today. Has a best before date of 12-27-2027, which is fine. But the contents are not all very powder-y. In fact, the container has several large and small lumps - see photos. Hard lumps that you can’t just break apart with a fork. Really surprising quality issue. I’m disappointed.
