Not sure I understand your question. This T-shirt has nothing to do with your thumbs except that the sleeve has to pass your thumbs to get to your biceps. To answer your question, NO, your thumb will not shrink.

Do you have a size that will fit a large chested woman? I wear a 2x but according to your size chart a 5x is way smaller than a regular 2x

Size chart seems to be way off if a 5XL has a 27in chest. How are the sizes?

Order a size bigger than you normally would. Because if you order your actual size, when you go to flip it for the nija side it wont fit. So get at least one size bigger.

Soft, comfortable, seems to be good quality

I ordered a size up because I read that it fit small, which was a good decision on my part. The material is soft, 100% cotton as advertised. The print is actually printed into the fabric, not a cheap vinyl decal. It’s been through the wash a couple times and is holding up nicely. Overall 10/10 would recommend!
