Taste very good. Nice size for a snack or a small meal without having to open a big jar. I have bought these before and am very satisfied with the flavor and the good apple taste. I buy the unsweetened.

I'm a Diabetic and was looking for something to snack on and wouldn't be that sweet. I liked the size of the cups, and it was worth the money.
