Good flavour, convenient
Good quality, nicely dried flakes with strong odor and flavour of garlic. If stored properly in a dark cupboard they last forever. Can be added to almost any cooked dish but not really suitable to be consumed as they come from the packet. Much more convenient than struggling to peel and chop the fresh version; although there is a different flavour to the fresh, these chips are more than acceptable in most dishes.

Real proper dried sliced flakes of garlic. I have vacuum sealed them into smaller quantities in bags & will store in dark, cool, plastic store box

The flakes were thicker than the ones I had from Philippines. And the taste was quite bitter. Im not able to eat like snack but add to lasagna and pasta sauce
