its super sharp.....already cut my thumb....lol.......its a very nice butcher knife .....nice looking handle.....wish the handle was a bit longer so its not as close to the blade......the weight is not to bad ....perhaps it could b a tad more heavier......but its defitely very super sharp...since i had this 2 days only and then post a comment ....im hopeing that the blade will last a long time without rust or gettin dull but only time will tell... its worth the buy...and shipping is the best from amazon....cant beat it free and lighning fast.....hehe

Great knife. The handle was a little rough and shape around the ring at the base. We fixed it by grinding it down and sanding the wood. This would be almost unusable though for someone not great with tools, since it was so sharp/dangerous for a handle

Tester aujourd'hui après 2 mois. Aucune tâche de rouille . Pour quelqu'un comme moi qui chop des pièce de viande a l'occasion se cleaver est parfait , très tranchant poigné petite mais parfaite même pour moi qui a des grosse paluche je le recommande a 100% , un must qui va avec mes couteau a sashimi et autre si vous l'entretener bien ! C'est pas un couteau a 500$ mais vous servira a coup sur !

Came with a few rust spots but it’s actually a sharp knife… just disappointed it came looking used.
