Good cord with quality sheathing. Have not yet had the sheathing stick to any surfaces as is common with cheap cords.

This cord is perfect for my needs. My portable generator is noisy so I moved it 50 ft away. This is about the maximum distance for safety that a cord should run from a generator. The cord is much thicker and better than what I can find locally. It is well able to handle semipermanent use outdoor in wind and rain. This cord is a great balance between cost and durability. I will not hesitate to purchase again for other needs.

I’ve had this outdoors for a couple of years now and it still works like new and the cord hasn’t degraded in the elements.

I bought this extension cord because it was advertised as heavy duty 15 amp out and listed for outdoor usage and it was just what I needed at a good price

What can I say? It’s an extension cord and it does this job.

So first I wanted to mention it is UL certified, some reviews said it wasn’t but that’s not true once you get it it’s listed multiple places on the packages. I’m using this cord for a space heater. The space heater is 1500 watts and this cord goes to 1825 watts. So it should be safe but the one end plug gets a little warm and I have my reservations about that being a safety issue. However I don’t have outlets in the cellar so I need to use the extension cord. Hopefully it doesn’t become an issue but for now I’m happy with the product and the price $20 is hard to beat for this large cord. I would recommend to anyone!
