Needs Some Improvements
I bought multiples of this item for a workshop in our studio. All the pieces are placed on 10 sheets of material but not in the order they go in. There are no instructions so your only recourse is to go to YouTube to figure out how to put it together. Once you build one - it's pretty easy to figure out for subsequent ones. We punched out all the pieces, separated into sections in baggies and this made it much easier to assemble. If you paint or wallpaper go lightly - too much moisture makes the wood expand/warp and makes putting them together a lot more difficult. Dry brush only when you paint. If you do wallpaper with decoupage don't get it to wet and be careful not to block any of the slots where pieces need to snap together. Can be really cute and they are priced well.

Fun project!
Had to watch a video on youtube to figure out how to put it together. Had to change some of the way they did it. Was a lot of fun to do. Hard part was covering the tab and lock. The price is right!

Fun!
Fun, if you have patience and are not dependent on instruction cuz there ain't any! Check out YouTube for help. Fragile if not super careful, but usually nothing that can't be fixed with a little wood glue. A good project for a beginner with dollhouses.

Great House!
This fun little house turned out just as I wanted! It took about an hour or two to assemble it. A few weeks later…..! My new fairy house!

The price is right-don't start from the top down.
When I received this kit last Friday, I started putting it together without painting to see if I could do it. I watched the video that was suggested and put it together {there were some gaps). Later, that afternoon I decided to paint as I was taking it down and started at the top. The top section was finished that afternoon. That was a mistake. Don't start from the top down. I broke the trim on the smaller side. When I went to put the porch on, it wouldn't fit-I turned it every which way-I also turned the wall on the side around each way and it wouldn't fit. It did fit when I put it together unpainted. The gaps were bigger, I believe because I started from the top down when I started painting. The Frankenstein figure is 1/24 scale (3.25 inches)-the Addams Family figures are about 3.75 inches tall.It works for what I wanted it for. There are ugly globs of glue. I was going to paint over glue (where the gaps were). My glue gun quit working on me.
