This item is true to size. I would not order size 5 if his true size is 3-4T

I have got to know your kid is 4.5 feet tall and 80-85 lbs,and think the Tag size 140 or size 8-9T may fit your kid.I suggest measure the current clothes your kid wear to ensure it would fit.The 8-9T is 21.9 inch in total length ,bust length is 33.9 inch,sleeve length is 28 inch.Please refer to the newest size chart .
