Can you use this on leather?

I would not recommend it as it has a high alcohol content that would dry the leather out

Ingredients are denatured alcohol, water, and natural resinous glaze. As listed on product container.

Will it work on 100x beaver?

Should work fine. I use it on my 6x Beaver. It doesn't stain or anything, and it takes a lot to really stiffen the brim.
