Albina and the Dog-Men

A lot of wisdom is transmitted in this allegoric and symbolic fantasy story. Jodorowsky learned a lot since making El Topo.

He covers some of the Inca myths and Andean culture in a way he never has before. Many of the themes, degradation, deformity, prostitution, isolation, and transcendance, are common to his other work, but are put in a new perspective. The book, although paper, is well-bound and printed, and the illustrations are nice.
