Gluten-free pantry staple
This cassava baking flour is an excellent option for people who follow a gluten-free diet. It works exceedingly well for baking cookies, bread, and pancakes while being free from gluten, nuts, and grains. It is a healthy alternative that is better for your gut. I saw someone mention using this for fried chicken, which I didnโt even consider! We tried it and it turned out great! Just the right amount of crispiness, and the texture is perfect. For anyone who needs to be gluten-free, this is a must-have staple for your pantry.

Excellent for your Health!
This flour makes the best peanut butter cookies or anything you'd like to bake with. Especially if you are interested in being gluten-free. It is also nut-free. It's rich in carbohydrates but is lower on the glycemic index, so it won't spike your blood sugar. I also like that it is packed with vitamin C, so it is healthy for you and excellent for baking. It doesn't bloat me and tastes delicious! It is also nut-free for those with dietary restrictions and/or allergies. The price tag is ideal. I am very pleased with my purchase! This flour is an affordable option for those that bake with this type of flour. It is also a great choice for anyone looking to bake healthier treats without sacrificing taste. I highly recommend giving it a try!

Nice flour substitute
The flour has a good flavor and feels just like normal flour, when using in dough recipes. Rises just like normal flour when making my yeast breads. Bakes nicely too. Happy to have a good flour substitute when it's needed.

Itโs a win
Wanted to try something different. Tried this in my banana bread and Iโm pleasantly surprised. The texture is not quite the same as regular flour so there are adjustments however can easily search what parts of what to use instead. The banana bread came out great and most people didnโt notice much of a difference!

Good in a Pinch
This was a good brand of Cassava flour. It is a different consistency than the one I was used to. I used to get the Terrasoul Brand and was looking for a replacement since I can't find that one anymore. This one seems to need less water than the recipes call for or you have to add a lot more of the flour to it and it just doesn't taste the same as it's supposed to. The texture is a lot lighter, not as dense. Doesn't have a smell or anything. It is more white in color than some of the other thicker cassava flours. I use a lot of different grain free flours since I am on an AIP diet so I have tried many cassava flours. This is a good flour just not exactly what I was looking for.

Defective and Unable to contact seller
Updated review. I was contacted by the company and emailed with Daniella. My money was refunded and they did quality control on thenitem. They will be going with a new vendor. I will try it again. I've ordered this flour before and loved it. This time the texture was different. It was very light and like sand coming off the spoon when measuring. I tried it in the waffle recipe I have used it for many times before but it resulted in something like cement. Trying to save the recipe I added more milk to thin it. It took a total of 3 cups of milk instead of one cup to get to the right consistency but it failed to bake. I decided to just try it again thinking I had done something wrong in the recipe. Same results - cement like. I attempted calling the customer service phone number for the seller/company. Had to leave a message and they haven't gotten back with me yet. Tried calling the phone number again later and now can't leave a message because the mail box is full. My concern was I think they either changed their process or had a problem with this batch/lot number. I wanted my questions answered to have confidence in their product, as I had before. As it is I will not be ordering again unless they contact me and answer my questions and/or provide me a replacement, at no cost to me. Thankfully Amazon refunded what I paid since the seller/company customer service is severely lacking.
