This has been bought to provide some lighting for a summer house. It has been working well since I bought it. I like the idea that it is solar powered and have not had any problems with it. It comes in a miners lamp style which looks good. The materials it’s made from are quite thin but that hasn’t detracted it for me. The light can be dimmed which is great because when on full strength can be quite strong if you look directly at it. Good price, looks good and easy to operate it is something I am pleased with.

Bought as a present - receiver happy with the light - too early to comment on battery life.

A bit cheapo looking. Not a powerful light. ok if used for decoration but not worth anywhere near the cost

I bought this lantern to use indoors during the energy crisis and it works really well. I carry it around the house when moving from room to room instead of turning the lights on and off as I go in order to save a little energy and therefore money. I also use it at night to read by before going to sleep and it works well for that too. I charge it in the garden daily in the sunlight when there is some or on south/east facing windowsill indoors if not or if raining and so far it hasn't dimmed while in use. Since then there have been threats of blackouts during the coming months and I am grateful to have this on hand as an alternative to candles. I don't have any negative things to say about it. A good buy in my opinion.

No where near as bright or as robust as image suggest. More an ornament than a useful light source

Bought this to go outside over our new patio set, also used it as a prop for my photography in the local graveyard, very nice lantern, quite bright as well

Bought this for during the winter months and it was great in the beginning. Only 2 months later, now I have problems getting the lamp to switch on! I'm not sure if it's the battery or the lamps internally, but quite disappointing after so short a time. Even after getting the light on it cuts out again when turning it up, so you have to start switching on again from the beginning.
