I recommend finding the position you want it in and then applying Loctite to the threads to keep it in place. the QD swivel spins easily, but will only do a 1/4 turn, not spin all the way around. The mount restricts rotation of the QD to roughly 90 degrees when installed which really helps prevent tangles but still keeps the sling flexible. Some reviews complain of soft metal used for the mount bolts resulting in stripping of the allen head. While I agree that the metal isn't high carbon steel, I was able to install it without any issue - no need to torque the bolts crazy tight. If you're worried about the bolts loosening with use, apply a little blue thread locker (NOT the red stuff unless you never want to be able to remove it). All in all, this is a great QD mount for the price and I recommend it.

Nice sling adaptor
This is a nice QD sling adapter for keymod handguard. It installs easily and works great. I recommend finding the position you want it in and then applying Loctite to the threads to keep it in place. the QD swivel spins easily, but will only do a 1/4 turn, not spin all the way around. Highly satisfied, great quality, great price, made in the USA
I've ordered many UTG/Leapers products in the past. Given that I've been satisfied with their other products and are made in the USA, gave this a try. Upon receipt of the product, I inspected the quality and finish, and it was excellent. The QD mount was easy to attach and secured tightly to the rail. I attached a Sig QD sling and it fit perfectly and attached to the UTG mount effortlessly. It has been several months since this purchase and multiple trips hunting, with no problems....the UTG mount functions perfectly. I've since bought another for my son to use. Another great experience with UTG/leapers products.

Worth the money
This QD adaptor is made to MIL SPECS, Magpul QDs work great with it.

Nice item, but use a thread locker...
Installed but had to take it apart and use some Loctite on the threads. I tightened them down as much as I dared and they loosened up on me by just taking the rifle in and out of the safe a few times then putting about 90 rounds through it. Maybe I should have tightened them more... Well, the Loctite should do the trick. Other than that, it fits well, looks nice and I tried various male QDs and they all fit and locked down. As a side note... I recently read an online, fairly substantive review on Keymod vs. M-Lok. Next handguard(s) will be M-Lok.

Works great with several different brands od QD swivels.
Installed on ar15 pistol and it locked up tight and looks good on the front bottom rail. With a 7 1/2 inch barrel It also keeps my hand from sliding up to far on the rail. Shooting ones own hand would not be a good thing. Quality is good and I have tried several brands of QD swivels and each works fine. I'm not sure if I like the way the swivel locks in and has only a quarter turn but it still works good and serves my needs. I will buy this same item when needed for next build and would recommend to a friend.

Looks good, works good. Solid, USA made keymod to QD point.
I really like this Keymod QD. Locked to the Keymod rail tightly. Doesn't have any play. Easy to install and use. QD point locks up tight as well. I agree with a previous reviewer about blue loctite on the screws. That says nothing about UTG PRO, just paranoia on my behalf. The UTG PRO QD I purchased is US made. I assume they still are, but the ad doesn't specifically state the fact. the picture of the blister pack shows "Made in USA". That is what I received. Seems like that would be a good thing to advertise in bold letters in the description. This QD is very good quality for price. If keymod QD is what you need, I would recommend this one. No real complaints of any kind. Looks good, works good.
