These are the best dominos we have ever had. They are well made and consistent, there are no bad ones.

This is a great starter kit for young and old alike. The H5 domino brand is top of the line and it receives top reviews from people within the domino toppling community. The dominoes are well designed, colourful and meet domino toppling specifications. While tricks such as fields, buildings and walls require a larger number of dominoes, 100 dominoes are more than enough to learn and perfect most tricks, with sufficient dominoes to string a few tricks together in a small set up. As with most hobbies/sports, more supplies/equipment may be required as one progresses and the same can be true of domino toppling, so it is conceivable that a second or third set (or more) may be desired down the line. The price point is reasonable for the set which includes useful accessories in addition to the dominoes. There are other good domino brands available for purchase from the States which, on the face of it appear to be considerably cheaper for 100 dominoes, however once the exchange rate, shipping (and excise/import tax when applicable) is added, the cost to obtain 100 dominoes from those manufacturers ends up being the same (or considerably more) than the cost the H5 dominoes are being sold for here in Canada (and the price for the other top brand dominoes is for the dominoes only, no accessories are included). With respect to cheaper wooden dominoes that are available – you get what you pay for, an inferior product that can be considerably more difficult to use. I note comments that 100 dominoes aren’t enough for big elaborate set ups (such as those seen on platforms such as YouTube). This is true, however one needs to keep in mind that many of those videos are screen-links (a video compilation of numerous set ups that are strung together), and the ones showing full elaborate set ups consist of 1000s,/10,000s/100,000s dominoes, which would exceed the number of dominoes the average person would own in any event.

These are really nice and have kept my son happy, busy, and quiet. He has found a TON of ways to use them for play. The item came in good time. I wish these came with some sort of bag or container for storage. I would have paid extra for that but I can sacrifice a Rubbermaid for that. I certainly wouldn't take away a star for not having a container. This was a solid purchase for him kiddo and I would recommend them.

After watching her documentary "Lily Topples the World," which detailed Lily Hevesh's rise to fame as Hevesh5, and her journey to get her own brand of dominoes made - we just HAD to search for them! We were pleasantly surprised to find that Amazon carried the widest assortment of H5 domino sets, and I ordered this 3-pack of 60 each dominoes, in a variety of colors. My kiddo is a relatively new domino enthusiast, and he was VERY frustrated with our mismatched sets of old, wooden dominoes, which just did not stack or stand well at all. After receiving this 3-pack of H5 dominoes yesterday, he has been enthralled. He has already spent hours watching Hevesh5 domino tutorials on YouTube, not only learning tips and tricks from Lily, but also inventing new creations of his own! He said these dominoes are "the BEST." They are weighted nicely, have very square edges/corners for great standing & stacking, with a good texture. They also make a very satisfying sound when toppled. He is already asking for more H5 dominoes, which will probably be Christmas presents. We're VERY happy with these dominoes, and we are glad Lily persevered and found Spin Masters to create her perfect domino. Highly recommend.
